La Conchiglia Restaurant is known since 1930 and it is also appreciated in Rome; it has a special place in the tradition of gastronomy and hospitality of Fregene.
Armando Fabbri together with his head chef Roberto Pinna, works there with passion and has managed directly the restaurant for more than 20 years.
The restaurant offers a local cuisine based on fish and Mediterranean dishes.
Many recipes are old classics but with a modern twist and new dishes are suggested by our maitre to satisfy the modern nutrition needs. In summer time, the restaurant is situated on a beautiful veranda, surrounded by a garden in flower.
Our generous breakfast is a buffet and offers also fresh and homemade pastries and plum cakes.
