The 7, 8 and 9 July 2010 be held the written tests for the Contest at 350 seats of Magistrates at the New Fair of Rome.
Candidates must demonstrate expertise in civil, criminal and administrative. Beginning at 9:00, the time is eight hours from dictation the track. On days 5 and 6 July 2010 you will undertake the identification of candidates and the delivery of codes and legal texts available during exams.
The competition is open to state attorneys, administrative judges and accountants, graduates enrolled in law before the academic year 1998/1999 and those who have practiced the role of magistrate for at least 6 years.
Candidates who reach a score of 12/20 for each subject will be admitted to the oral tests and that their admission will be notified with a notice of 20 days from the date fixed for the oral examination.
The overall grade, including the results of the interview in a foreign language should not be less than 108 points.
